My French multi-field scientific diplomas and my Australian diploma in Social Sciences & Economy enable me to quickly operate at positions such as Department Manager or Project Manager. My varied experiences of these skills and in different geographical places (Europe, Oceania, and Africa) allow me to easily integrate any socio cultural context of a country.
CORE SKILLS
Leadership: While working at Philips, I have had to delegate tasks to other staff members and make essential decisions. Also, I have facilitated several group assignments at university and learnt to organise people with diplomacy from my position as trainer.
Problem solving: Mathematics, technology, management, economy and social studies is a crucial part of my engineering and international relations masters and I have strong numeracy and Microsoft Office softwares proficiency. In addition, at work I faced with customers or staff problems, which involved using analytical while also being sensitive to customer or employee needs. My auditing experiences were also a strong practice of problem solving.
Communication: For both of my degrees and my work experience, many subjects have involved developing creative presentations using PowerPoint in front of large audience. Also working as trainer and teacher has strengthened and enhanced my communication skills and I have the ability to motivate people.
International experience: My work experience in Europe, and New Caledonia, my personal involvement with an NGO in Africa together with my studies in Australia helped me gained a greater insight of different cultures and widened my understanding of the international environment.
