- Work description:
Development, implementation and continuous improvement of Preventative Maintenance program.
Survey equipements reliability, analyse failures, define and implement recomendations.

- Responsibilities:
Define and implement Standard Jobs.
Review and/or write maintenance instruction.
Work with equipements manufacturers to review the PM, repair instructions and capture their knowledge.

Survey and improve equipements reliability.
Create and maintain close relationship with critical manufacturer and supplier (pumps manufacturer, mechanical seals manufacturer...).
Analyse failures and implement corrective actions (review operation and maintenance organisation and/or define and implement design improvement).
Report reliability issues/failures and modifications for history.

Work as a technical referent for maintenance crew.

- Technologies:
Mainly on rotating equipements (PD pumps, centrifugal pumps, agitators, thickeners, ball mills, compressors...).
Also on slurry piping and valves improvements.

- Work description:

Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plan
Implement PM in the CMMS
Develop specific tools into CMMS
Training for maintenance staff

- Process/technologies:
Rotary Kiln Electric Furnace (RKEF)
Mainly working on furnaces and rotary kilns peripherical equipements.

- Work description:
Define and implement PM program
Differents technical projects to decrease equipements downtimes

- Technologies:
Furnace, Forging press (excentric, hydraulic, screw)
welding robots, NC machines tools...
